摘要
目的探讨在眼科手术室护理中应用人性化护理理念的效果,提高眼科手术室的整体护理质量。方法选择我院2012年1月~2012年12月住院期间需择期手术的眼病患者660例,随机分为实验组和对照组各330例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,实验组在手术室常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理,分析两组的护理满意度和舒适度。结果实验组的护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组手术过程中和术后感觉舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论眼科手术室护理中应用人性化护理理念能有效提高护理质量,对改善和提高手术室整体护理水平具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing philosophy on the quality of holistic nursing in ophthalmologic operation. Methods 660 patients who needed elective surgery during their hospi- talization from January to December, 2012 were randomly divided into the experimental group 330 cases treated with usual care and the control group of 330 cases treated with humanistic nursing care in addition to usual care. A comparative analysis of patients＇ satisfaction and comfort was made. Results Patients in the experimental group showed more satisfaction than in the contrast group （P^0.05）. Patients in the ex- perimental group showed more-intra-operative and postoperative comfort than in the contrast group （ P 0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing philosophy can contribute to the quality of holistic nursing in ophthalmolo^ic operation.
