肾移植后血中内皮素和一氧化氮检测的临床意义

摘要 探讨肾脏移植后测定内皮素 1(ET 1)和一氧化氮 (NO)的临床意义。对 47例肾脏移植病人进行外周血中ET 1和NO动态检测 ,将检测结果以移植肾状况和血压值分别分组进行比较。移植后与尿毒症组相比较 ,ET 1值明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,NO值明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,急性排斥发生时NO值升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,慢性排斥时ET 1值较肾功能稳定时明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。高血压组的ET 1值较高而NO水平较低。检测血中的ET 1和NO值有助于移植后排斥的诊断 ,并且有利于移植后指导护肾治疗。 To investigate the clinical significance of endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO) in renal transplantation. Blood ET-1 and NO were measured in 47 cases of renal transplantation. Compared with the uremia group, the ET-1 levels were reduced and NO levels were increased after renal transplantation. In acute rejection, the NO level was markedly higher, and in chronic rejection, the ET-1 level was signficantly higher than in graft function stabitity. In hypertension group, the ET-1 level was higher and the NO level was lower. Analysis of blood ET-1 and NO can be used to diagnose renal allograft rejection, and contribute to the anti-damage treatment of graft after renal transplantation.
