CD147和E—cadherin在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨CD147和E—cadherin在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测cCD147和E.cadherin在117例甲状腺病变组织(甲状腺癌82例,良性病变35例)和20例癌旁正常组织的表达情况。结果甲状腺癌CD117和E-cadherin的阳性表达率(分别为37.8%,68.3%)显著高于良性病变(分别为14.3%,82.9%)和癌旁正常组织(分别为0.00%,100%),均P〈0.01。甲状腺癌中CD147和E-cadherin在不同的病理类型、各临床分期和淋巴结有无转移者中阳性表达程度不同,均P〈0.01。CD147和E—cadherin在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达呈显著负相关(r=0.604,P〈0.01)。结论CD147和E.cadherin在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达程度与甲状腺癌病理类型、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。联合检测甲状腺癌组织中的CD147和E—cadherin表达情况,可预测甲状腺癌的浸润和转移,对指导临床治疗及预后评估有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of CD147 and E-cadherin in thyroid neoplasms and their correlation with clinicopathological feature. Methods The expression of CD147 and E-cadherin in 117 cases of thyroid lesions which included 82 cases of carcinoma, 35 cases of benign lesion and 20 cases of normal control tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry method of SP. Results The positive expression of CD117 in thyroid carcinomas, benign lesions and normal controls were 37.8% , 14.3% and 0 respectively. The expression of E-cadherin protein in thyroid carcinomas, benign lesions and normal controls were 68.3%, 82.9% and 100% respectively. There was a significantly negative correlation between the expression of CD 117 and E-cadherin in thyroid carcinomas. The CD 147 and E-cadherin proteins expression were both closely related with pathologic type, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion In thyroid neoplasms, up-regulation of CD147 and downregulation of E-cadherin are in a negative correlation. The examination of both these two factors together is useful for predicting the invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer, therefore, can be used as a significant marker to direct clinic therapy and estimation of prognosis
