摘要
以艾叶为原料,采用超声波辅助溶剂萃取法研究艾叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。以芦丁作对照品,采用分光光度法,在510 nm处测定艾叶中总黄酮的含量。试验结果表明:5.0g艾叶粗粉,加入60%(v/v)乙醇200mL,室温下浸泡40min,超声处理15min,总黄酮的提取率为6.7%。
The effect of ultrasonic wave assisted on the extraction of total flavonoids in leaves of folium artemisiae argyi was investigated. Rutin as reference samper, the total flavonoids content in folium artemisiae argyi was determined by spectrophotometry, establishing working curve at 510 nm. The results show that the optimized extraction conditions were concluded as follows:the volume fractions of ethanol is 60% ,200mL for 5 g folium artemisiae argyi and extraction once. Under this condition,the yield Of total flavonoids is 6.7%
