摘要 硬铝合金在硫酸溶液中进行阳极氧化,着黑色填充后阳极化膜层出现白点,影响产品外观质量,是生产中长期未能解决的技术难题。针对生产过程中存在的问题,从人、机、料、法、环等因素进行了原因分析,并进行了大量的工艺实验,确定了造成膜层起白点的原因,并制定相应的改进措施。 Anodic oxidation of duraluminum alloy is carried out in sulfuric acid solution. After blacking filling treatment, bright dots are always detected on the oxide films which heavily affect the appearance quality of the products. This problem is unresolved for a long time in the production. In this paper, the influence factors existing in the production process such as operator, machine, material, method, envi- ronment were analyzed, and then larger numbers of technical experiments were conducted. Finally the reasons which caused the bright dots on the surface of oxide films were found out, and the corresponding improving measures were established.
