摘要
目的对比分析印模膏在口腔内直接制作个别托盘与常用自凝塑料口外制作法,以及临床效果;以期寻找更好的印模方法。方法选择2012年4月至2012年12月就诊我科符合条件的患者160例。其中80例采用印模膏口内直接个别托盘制作及印模作为研究组,80例采用常用自凝塑料口外制作个别托盘及印模作为对照组。每位受试者签受试同意书后进行制作,比较两种制作方法的效果。结果研究组个别托盘准确度为75%,对照组为60%;二次印模准确度为98.78%,对照组为82.56%;总体精确度为86.69%,对照组为71.28%。两组对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论印模膏口内直接个别托盘制作及二次印模的方法能有效、简化、精准制作个别托盘,提高印模质量,最大程度的满足患者需要。
