摘要
安全感是旅游目的地安全状况的"晴雨表",是游客在旅游目的地最基本的需求。文章在分析、归纳总结相关文献和理论推理的基础上,阐述了旅游目的地游客安全感的概念、形成机理,并基于奥利沃的期望差异理论,构建了旅游目的地游客安全感测评模型,并对模型进行拟合检验,结果表明:使用多元统计学软件SPSS18.0,采用因子分析,萃取公因子,并使用方差最大化正交旋转法,提取了游客安全期望、安全感知、安全认知评价5个维度公因子,即治安状况、旅游环境、服务内容、地域文化和安全信息。在因子分析的基础上,将提取的游客安全感影响因素的安全期望、安全感知、安全认知评价的公因子作为自变量,采用多元统计的逐步回归分析方法,得到的路径系数对游客安全感测评模型进行了拟合。在拟合检验过程中,使用山岳型、滨海型、乡村型组成的综合样本数据对游客安全感模型进行拟合检验,一致发现模型拟合较好,因此可以认为旅游目的地游客安全感测评模型具有普遍适用性。
Sense of security is the "barometer" of the safe condition in tourism destinations, and it is the most basic need of tourists. This paper, by literature review and theoretical analysis, discusses the concept of the sense of tourist security and the formation mechanism. Based on Oliver (1980) Expectation Disconfirmation Theory, this paper constructs the sense of tourist security evaluation model for tourist destinations. In the fit test which uses multivariate statistical software SPSS 18.0 and adopts factor analysis as method, five common factors are extracted: the law-and-order situation, tourism environment, service content, regional culture and security information. By analyzing the influencing factors, this paper extracts tourists' security expectation, security perceptions and tourists' cognition evaluation as common factors. Taking the three common factors as independent variables, this paper uses Stepwise Multi-regression Analysis of SPSS 18.0. and fits the path coefficient to the model of tourists' sense of security. In the fit test, this paper applies the model to the data samples as the mountain areas, coastal areas, and countryside, and the results are accurate. Thus, we can believe that the evaluation model of tourists' sense of security has general applicability.
