摘要
PCR技术是一种在体外对特定DNA序列进行快速扩增的技术。因其较强的特异性和灵敏度以及检测速度快、准确性好等优点,已被广泛地应用于水产、微生物检测等许多领域。本文从PCR技术的原理、分类及应用方面进行了综述,并对其发展做出了展望。
PCR technology is to rapidly amplify certain DNA sequence in vitro. Because of its mul- tiple advantages such as strong specificity, sensitivity, quick detection with high accuracy, etc. , PCR has been applied to plenty of fields including detecting aquatic products and microorganism. The review of PCR＇s principles, classification as well as application, and also preview of its future development are made here.
