摘要
目的:观察疏血通联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:将166例缺血性脑卒中患者按照入院顺序分为治疗组84例和对照组82例,治疗组在常规基础治疗上给予疏血通注射液联合阿司匹林治疗,对照组常规基础治疗上给予血栓通粉针注射液联合阿司匹林治疗,两组疗程均为14d,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组总有效率89.3%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏血通联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效确切,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong combined with aspirin in treatment of ischemic stroke. Method：166 cases with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups in accordance with the order of admission,and the treatment group（84 cases）was given Shuxuetong injection combined with aspirin while the control group（82 cases）received Xueshuantong injection combined with aspirin. All of the patients were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%,which was significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P 0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions of the groups showed no significant difference（ P 0.05）. Conclusion：Shuxuetong combined with aspirin in treatment of ischemic stroke has curative effect,and it has few adverse reactions,which should be widely applied in clinical.
