摘要
采用计算机仿真技术对钢管中式模空拔过程进行了各种工艺参数下的 72次模拟,得到了各种主要参量的数学模型,研究了应力、变形分布特点,分析了各种因素的影响规律。
By using the FE-simulation technique instead of the traditional research method,more than 500 tube-drawing process simulation tests with the computer are carried out based on a great variety of technological parameters,so that a number of problems,such as cross/longitudinal cracks and tube geometrical variation are researched,a mathematical model of over 100 various crucial parameters are achieved,and a CAD system for tube cold-drawing process developed.
