摘要
通过对无缝钢管性能不合格试样的研究 ,找出了 3种典型缺陷组织 ,进而分析了缺陷组织的形成及其对力学性能的影响。通过完善工艺制度 ,使产品性能合格率从 97 91%提高到 99 0 15 %。
By study on property unqualified samples of seamless steel tube, three typical structure defect were found out. Their forming condition and the influence on mechanical property were analyzed. The rate of property qualified products increased from 97 91% to 99 015% after the process was consummated.
