摘要
在新的历史时期,新疆已成为我国对中亚国家开展区域经济合作的窗口,发展与中亚国家的区域经济合作对推动新疆的跨越式发展具有重要作用。新疆与中亚国家地缘相连,区位优势明显,在资源合作领域占据重要地位,交通枢纽的战略地位和龙头作用愈加明显,与中亚国家的区域经济合作取得显著成效,是营造中国良好安全周边环境的战略基地。同时,双方经济合作也面临社会稳定问题仍比较突出,高素质、复合型人才极度匮乏,民族文化心理因素产生一定阻碍,信息渠道不畅,创新能力不足等问题。提出加快发展兵地融合经济,联合开发中亚市场,加强新疆外贸人才的引进与培养,坚持科学发展观,创新发展理念等对策建议。
In the new historical period,Xinjiang has become the regional economic cooperation window between China and central Asian countries,develops regional economic cooperation with central Asian countries,plays an important role in promoting the leap-forward development of Xinjiang.Xinjiang connect’s Central Asian,location advantage are obvious,speeding up the implementation of the free trade area strategy,promoting the interconnection with neighboring countries.But there are problems such as lack of talent,social stability issues,cultural psychology emerges hinder,poor access to information,etc.Propose to develop the soldiers and integration economic,joint to develop the central Asian market,strengthen talent introduction and training,innovative concept.
