射频消融术治疗脊柱转移肿瘤的价值

摘要 目的 探讨射频消融术(RFA)治疗脊柱转移肿瘤的价值.方法 对66例脊柱转移瘤患者96个病变椎体采用RFA进行治疗.比较患者术前、术后1周、3个月、6个月、1年的JOA、VAS及Oswestry疼痛评分(2.0版本),对患者手术前后病灶磁共振成像的扫描结果进行对比.结果 所有患者术后均获得随访,时间8 ~20个月,平均12.8个月.JOA评分较术前显著升高,VAS和Oswestry评分较术前显著降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后3个月磁共振成像检查总显效率为72.9%.结论 RFA微创、简单、安全,能缓解脊柱转移瘤患者的疼痛,提高生活质量. Obbjective To explore the therapeutic value of radiofrequency-ablation(RFA) for metastatic spinal tumors.Methods From February 2007 to February 2011,66 patients with 96 lesions,with fth diagnosis of metastatic spinal tumors were included in the stydy.The JOA,VAS and Wswestry (version 2.0)score erative MRI scans were compared.Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 20 months ,whith an average of 12.8 months.JOA score was higher than the preoperative,VAS and Oswestry score was decreased than the preoperative ,the differences were statistcally significant(P〈0.01).
