摘要
以结构分析有限条法为基础,基于固体力学有限形变理论的 Updated—Lagrangian法,建立了弹塑性大变形样条有限条法,并用于模拟直缝焊管的成型过程,获得了变形带材的三维位移场、应变场和应力场.分析结果表明,带材边缘部位是焊管成型过程的主要变形区,其应变、应力值的大小将直接影响焊管质量,是焊管生产中一个值得重视的问题文中提出的方法可以有效地分析直缝焊管成型过程。
Based on the finite strip method in structural analysis and Updated-Lagrangian method in the finite deformation theory of solid mechanics, an elastic--Plastic large deformation spline finite strip method has been established, and used to simulate electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe forming process. The 3-D displacement, strain and stress fields were got. It can be seen from the results that the edge part of deformed strip is major deformation zone in ERW pipe forming process, the strain and stress would effect pipe quality, which is an important problem in ERW pipe practice. The method presented in the paper can simulate ERW pipe forming process effectively, and will be used to simulate other open cold roll forming sections in the future.
