摘要
依据对呋喃树脂砂生产低温薄壁球铁件的特性分析,提出铸造工艺设计原则,并分别从模具、型砂、造型、熔炼浇注等方面阐述了用呋喃树脂砂生产薄壁球铁件的铸造工艺要点与关键工序的过程质量控制。
Based on the characteristic study of low temperature thin - wall nodular iron castings produced with furan resin, the principle of foundry technique design is determined, and the in - process quality control of key points and critical procedures for producing thin -wall ductile iron castings with furan resin are outlined in respect of patterns, molding sand, molding, smelting and pouring.
