摘要
针对冷连轧卷取机张力控制系统中被普遍关注的控制精度及设备改造成本问题,设计了一款基于PLC的广义预测控制模块,代替了常规控制系统稳态轧制过程中的张力PI控制器。在分析了卷取机张力系统的数学模型与常规控制方案后,着重介绍了基于PLC的预测控制算法模块设计方法,并将研究的算法模块嵌入到实际系统中去。运行结果验证了模块的有效性与经济性。
In this paper, a generalization predictive control module is designed on PLC for cold mill coiler tension system, to improve the control precision and to reduce equipment cost. Cold mill coiler tension system model and its general control schemes are studied, and then a generalization predictive control algorithm is implemented in SIMENS S7 PLC in the form of a universal module. Furthermore, the general PI controller has been replaced by this module in steady-state rolling process. System operation results show the effectiveness and economy of the presented module.
