吞咽障碍患者的护理方法探讨被引量：3

摘要目的探讨早期康复护理在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者中的临床效果,为脑梗死患者的临床护理提供理论依据。方法 164例伴有吞咽功能障碍的脑梗死患者按照数字表随机分组的方法分为干预组和对照组各82例,其中对照组采用神经内科护理常规进行护理,干预组在此基础上给予早期康复护理,观察2个月后两组患者吞咽功能改善情况。结果干预组总有效率92.68%,明显优于对照组79.27%,差异有显著的统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者护理中,能明显改善其吞咽功能,值得临床广泛推广应用。
