Copper Recovery from Copper-containing Waste Solution in Laboratories

摘要 采用硫化钠法和电解法回收无机实验室含铜废液中的铜。研究了加硫化钠沉淀时的酸碱度、温度以及搅拌时间对回收铜的影响;考察了极距、电解时间以及电解电压对电解法回收铜的影响。实验结果表明,在pH较高(≥11),反应温度较低(≤30℃)并不断搅拌(≥30 min)下硫化钠法回收铜的效率较高;在极距为2.90 cm,电压3 V,电解4 h,电解法铜的回收率较高。电解法与硫化钠法都能够回收废液中的铜,操作方便,是一种处理废水回收铜的有效方法。可以将两种方法结合起来回收含铜废液中的铜,能有效地利用资源,减少资源的浪费,具有很大的环境效益和社会效益。 Sulfide treatment and electrolytic treatment were used to recover copper from copper-containing waste solution produced in inorganic chemistry laboratories.The influences of acidity,temperature,and stirring time on copper recovery were systematically studied in sulfide treatment.The influences of electrode distance,electrolytic time,and the electrolytic voltage on treatment were also studied in electrolytic treatment.The experimental results show that higher PH value(≥ 11),lower temperature (≤ 30 ℃),as well as stirring constantly (≥ 30 min) can increase the percentage of copper recovery in sulfide treatment.The results of study indicate that when the electrode distance is 2.90 cm,the voltage is 3 V,and the electrolytic time is four hours,the percentage of recovery copper is higher.Sulfide treatment and electrolytic treatment can conveniently recover copper from copper-containing waste solution.The combination of the two kinds of methods can not only effectively use resources and reduce the waste of resources,but also bring important social and environmental benefits.
