摘要
可重组制造系统是当今先进制造领域的研究热点之一,本文立足于仿真和优化可重组制造系统模型,以一个实际的可重组柔性制造系统为研究对象,在LabVIEW环境中对可重组制造系统建立仿真模型,并搭建一个基于PCI-1002数据采集板卡的数据采集系统,对加盖单元的加工时间参数进行实时采集,与仿真模型结合,实现建立混合仿真模型,最后引入粒子群优化算法,利用该算法对可重组制造系统的作业调度问题进行求解,根据优化后的调度方案进行系统重组。
In this paper,based on the simulation and optimization of reconfigurable manufacturing system model,a reconfigurable manufacturing system simulation model was established using LabVIEW,with the practical reconfigurable flexible manufacturing system as the research object.Besides,a data acquisition system was built based on PCI-1002.Moreover,a hybrid simulation model was established by collecting the real-time data of the processing time of the unit and combining it with the simulation model.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve reconfigurable manufacturing system work scheduling problem,and restructure the FMS according to the optimal scheduling solution.
