摘要
介绍了在某些特殊辐射探测环境下,基于网络传输的宽量程微弱电流自动采集系统的研制。整个系统由采用超低偏置跨阻放大电路的微弱电流L/V变化单元、24bits的A/D数据采集及控制单元、网络传输单元和应用软件组成。电流测量的范围10^-14~10^-2A,结果的分辨率为5位1/2,自动切换测量量程适应信号的变化,数据的采集和控制通过网络实现远程操作。目前该系统已应用于危险区域辐射探测电流监测等领域。
The design was described for the wide range weak for some special radiation detection environment. The whole current auto measurement system based on network system consists of I/V convert unit which uses ultra low trans - impedance amplifier, 24 bits DAQ unit, network unit and the applied software. The current measurement range is from 10^-14A to 10^-12A digital resolution reaches 51/2 the measurement range can automati tally switch and data collection and transmission are implemented by network. The whole system now was applied to weak current detection in radiation area.
