摘要
目的:评价思华龙引流管在消化道瘘治疗中的价值。方法:对16例消化道瘘患者应用思华龙引流管的治疗进行回顾性研究。结果:经非手术治疗痊愈14例。在冲洗引流后2个月后瘘口仍未闭合,腹腔炎症消退后行二次手术痊愈2例。治愈时间16天～3个月,中位时间36天。痊愈后随访未见消化道瘘复发、吻合口狭窄及腹腔残余脓肿。结论:使用思华龙引流管冲洗引流是消化道瘘治疗的有效方法,可以有效清除腹腔渗液,降低腹腔炎症反应,缩短消化道瘘的治愈时间。
Objective： To evaluate the value of Si Hualong drainage catheter in the treatment of digestive tract fistula.Methods： A retrospective study was adopted to analyze treatment of 16 cases digestive tract fistula.Results： All 16 patients with digestive tract fistula were used in Si Hualong drainage catheters flushing suction therapy.14 cases were cured after non operation treatment.2 cases that fistula had not cured after therapy of irrigation and drainage were cured by the second operation.The healing time is in the range of 16 days ～ 3 months,average 36 days.After recovery,follow-up no recurrence of digestive tract fistula of anastomotic stenosis and abdominal residual abscess.Conclusion： Si Hualong drainage catheter is an effective method for treatment of digestive tract fistula,can effectively remove the peritoneal exudate,reduce abdominal inflammation reaction,shorten the healing time of digestive tract fistula.
