摘要
环境监测管理体系是在不断改进中得以完善的。笔者通过近几年参与质量管理及体系检查工作的经历,对监测站体系运行中普遍存在的问题和有待改进的地方进行了汇总分析,并从体系文件、管理计划、原始记录、技术支持和人员队伍共五个方面作为切入点,探讨了持续做好质量管理工作的有效途径。
Management system of environmental monitoring is consider to be perfect during continuous improvement. With the experi- ence of participating in quality management and inspection work recent years, the author summarizes and analyses some problems need to be improved which are generally exist in environmental monitoring system. We find how to do the quality management better by improving five aspects below：system documents, management plans, original records, technical support and human resource.
