摘要
文章将管理学领域的二种前沿理论——动态能力理论和双元组织理论结合起来研究,阐述了动态能力概念及其构成,探讨了构建双元组织的边界条件,分析了双元组织与动态能力间的关系,进而基于动态能力视角提出从高层领导力、组织系统设计、协调整合机制、社会网络四个方面来构建双元组织,旨在为双元组织理论的研究提供些新的视角。
This article combines the two cutting-edge fields of management science,dynamic capability theory and ambidextrous organization theory.In this study,we elucidate the concept and component of dynamic capability,explore the boundary condition to develop the ambidextrous organization,and analyze the relationship between ambidextrous organization and dynamic capability.Based on the perspective of dynamic capability,we further propose to build the ambidextrous organization from the following four aspects: high-level leadership,design of organization system,coordination/integration mechanism,and social network.Finally,this work will provide new insight for the study of binary organization theory.
