摘要
根据钢锭模的设计理念,针对现有钢锭模生产的钢锭在生产34CrMolA时废品率高的问题,重新设计了下注三孔底盘钢锭模(三孔锭模)。运用计算机数值模拟软件,对新设计的三孔锭模进行了充型过程模拟,模拟结果显示三孔底盘钢锭模结构合理,在实际生产中三孔底盘的钢锭使34CrMo1A转子的废品率明显降低。
According to the design idea of steel ingot mold, by improving the general single hole bottom ingot mold, a new type of three-hole bottom ingot mold was designed.The advantages of the three hole bottom ingot mold were summed up by comparing the two ingot molds using computer simulation.In actual production, the application of three hole bottom ingot mold makes the 34CrMolA rotor reject rate decrease significantly.
