摘要
目的:了解西藏堆龙德庆县高血压患者服药依从性,为科学管理高血压病患者提供依据。方法:对明确诊断1年以上的184例高血压患者进行调查。结果:高血压患者服药依从性差者占93.47%,有50.54%的高血压患者知道自己有高血压却一直未服药;患者对不规律服药的后果、停药的注意事项、换药的注意事项了解程度较低,不了解者约占80%,对定期复诊的意义了解者仅占14.13%。结论:堆龙德庆县高血压患者服药依从性差,需要加强对高血压病的宣教工作,提高当地居民对高血压病的认识及服药依从性和治疗效果,最终减少高血压相关并发症的发生。
Objective： To understand the medication compliance of hypertension patients over 45 years in Duilongdeqing County of Tibet, and to supply the basis for the scientific management of patients with hypertension in plateau area. Methods： The survey was carried out among 184 hypertension patients diagnosed over one year. Results： The poor ratio of medicationcom- pliance of hypertension patients was 93.47 %, and even 50.54 % hypertension patients never took medicine. Nearly 80% of hy- pertension patients had no idea about the consequences of irregularly taking medicine and the ts for withdrawal drug or changing a medical prescription. Only 14.13 % of hypertension patients understood the significance of return visit regularly. Conclusions： The medication compliance of hypertension patients is poor in Duilongdeqing Count）＇. Health education should be further strengthened to improve the local residents＇knowledge about hypertension disease, its medication compliance and treatment effect, and finally reduce hypertension related complications.
