摘要 TRPV1为瞬时受体电位离子通道蛋白超家族成员之一,主要分布于初级感觉神经元,可感知伤害性刺激、热、质子、香草素类化合物以及多种内源性配体,将热、化学、机械刺激转换为内向电流传递至中枢神经系统,引发疼痛或不适感觉。TRPV1在胃肠道中的生理和病理生理学功能非常广泛,对功能性胃肠病内脏高敏感性的形成具有重要意义。本文就TRPV1在肠易激综合征中的作用作一综述。 TRPV1 is a member of transient receptor potential superfamily of cation channels, distributed predominantly in the primary afferent neurons, and can be activated by nociception, heat, protons, vanilloids and various endogenous ligands, transducing the thermal, chemical and mechanical stimulus into action potentials and transmitting this information to the central nervous system, ultimately eliciting a perception of pain or discomfort. TRPV1 exerts multiple functions in gastrointestinal tract under physiological and pathophysiological conditions, e.g. the formation of visceral hypersensitivity in functional gastrointestinal disorders. This article reviewed the role of TRPV1 in irritable bowel syndrome.
