经颅超声成像在帕金森病诊断中的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD),又名震颤麻痹,是一种常见于中老年的神经变性病,临床上以静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态障碍为主要特征[1]。我国65岁人群患病率为1 000/10万,随年龄增长而升高。PD的病理特征主要为:黑质(substantia nigra,SN)致密部多巴胺能神经元缺失,残留的神经细胞质中出现嗜酸性包涵体(路易小体)。
