摘要
本文对近年来研究紫杉醇的生物合成及生物合成途径中关键酶的进展进行了评述。目前紫杉醇的生物合成途径已经基本明了,其生物合成途径中环化酶的基因已经克隆成功。在分子及基因水平上大量生产紫杉醇的曙光已经出现。
Recent advances in the studies on taxol biosynthesis and concerning key enzymes were reviewed in this paper.Now,the taxol biosynthesis pathway has been studied more in details,and the gene of taxadiene synthase,a diterpene clase that catalyzes the committed step of taxol biosynthesis has been cloned successfully.This means that the mass production of taxol on the level of molecular and gene will be achieved rapidly in the future.
