摘要
目的探讨中药面膜联合夫西地酸乳膏导入治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法将入选的195例面部痤疮患者分为两组,对照组(98例)予超声导入夫西地酸乳膏治疗,1次/周,并每日外用夫西地酸乳膏;治疗组(97例)先予中药面膜外敷,再予超声导入夫西地酸乳膏治疗及外搽;疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组的痊愈率和有效率分别为57.73%和80.41%;对照组则分别为39.80%和为66.33%,两组的痊愈率和有效率差异有统计学意义(P均<O.05),两组治疗的不良反应均较轻微且短暂。结论中药面膜外敷联合夫西地酸乳膏导入治疗寻常性痤疮安全而有效。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of uhrasound transdermal fusidic acid cream combine with traditional Chinese medicine mask in acne vulgaris. Methods The enrolled 195 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group （98 subjects ） received only ultrasound transdermal fusidic acid cream once a week and external applied fusidic acid cream daily. The treatment group （97 patients） received ultrasound transdermal fusidic acid cream combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask once a week, and external applied fusidic acid cream daily. The course of the treatment was one month. The efficacy and safety were observed during the treatment. Results In the treatment group, the cured and response rate was 57.73% and 80.41% respectively. Meanwhile, it was 39.80% and 66.33% in the control group. The difference of cured and response rate between two groups was significant（ both P 〈 0.05）. The adverse effect was mild and temporary in both groups. Conclusion The combined treatment is powerful and safety by using ultrasound transdermal fusidic acid cream and traditional Chinese medicine mask in acne vulgaris, it＇s suitable for clinical use.
