水通道蛋白在胎盘和胎膜中的表达以及羊水调节的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 水通道蛋白(AQPs)是细胞膜上一组参与跨细胞水转运的通道蛋白,能改变细胞膜对水的通透性,参与水的分泌、吸收及细胞内外水平衡的调节。迄今发现,AQP1、3、4、8、9在胎盘胎膜中表达,与维持羊水量的平衡密切相关。研究AQPs在胎盘和胎膜的表达及调控具有重要的生理学意义。本文就AQPs在胎盘和胎膜的动态表达规律和调控做一综述。
