摘要
以某汽车后端板加强件为研究对象,通过Dynaform有限元软件建立了冲压成形三维有限元模型和数值模拟正交试验方案。零件冲压后在满足成形极限图的基础上,以成形板料厚度均匀性为质量评价指标,依据模拟结果,通过BP神经网络和遗传算法对工艺参数进行了优化。试验表明,基于正交试验对成形工艺参数优化的方法可行,可为调整冲压工艺参数提供指导,具有工程应用价值。
Taking rear-end panel reinforcement part for an automobile as a study object, 3D finite element model and orthogonal experiment of numerical simulation schemes for the stamping forming were established by the Dynaform finite element software. On the basis of parts meeting the forming limit diagram after stamping, taking the formed sheet thickness uniformity as an evaluating indicator of quality, according to the simulation results, the stamping process parameters were optimized by BP neural network and genetic algorithm. The test shows that the method of optimizing forming process parameters based on the orthogonal experiment is feasible. It can provide a guidance for adjusting stamping process parameters. It has a value of engineering application.
