The related factors in aseptic fat liquefaction of incision after posterior lumbar internal fixation

摘要 腰椎后路内固定术由于其固定坚强、可促进融合等优点而广泛用于治疗腰桁间盘突出症、椎管狭窄症等腰椎进行性疾病，但随之出现的术后切口脂肪液化的病例也日渐增多。有研究发现，年龄、性别、手术时间、糖尿病、肥胖症、皮下脂肪厚度、电刀的使用及缝合技术等与手术切口脂腑液化有关。
