CDH17与恶性肿瘤的关系

摘要 肝肠一钙粘连蛋白(CDH17)是在小鼠体内发现的一种表达于肝脏和小肠的新型钙粘连蛋白。在细胞粘附、细胞识别、组织器官的发育和形态的维持等方面发挥重要作用。研究发现其在多种恶性肿瘤中有高表达,是一种与肿瘤侵袭及转移密切相关的蛋白,本文就CDH17与肿瘤的关系作一综述。
