摘要
目的：观察滞针加隔姜灸疗法治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：运用滞针针法加隔姜灸对57例顽固性周围性面瘫患者进行治疗。结果：57例患者经2～3疗程的治疗，治愈54例，显效2例，无效1例，总有效率98．25％。结论：滞针加隔姜灸治疗顽固性周围性面瘫，疗效可靠，具有临床应用价值。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of sticking of needle and ginger-partition moxibus- tion in treating stubborn peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 57 patients with stubborn peripheral facial paralysis were treated by sticking of needle and ginger-partition moxibustion. Results： After treating 2-3 courses of treatment, 54 cases were cured, 3 cases had marked effect, 1 case was inval- id. The total effective rate was 94.73%. Conclusion： The efficacy of sticking of needle and gin- ger-partition moxibustion in treating stubborn peripheral facial paralysis is reliable and it has clini- cal application value.
