摘要
目的：观察超声脉冲电导药物配合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：膝关节骨性关节炎70例采用超声脉冲电导药物透入配合温针灸治疗。结果：治愈37例，占52．9％；显效15例，占21．4％；好转14例，占20％；无效4例，占5．7％；总有效率达94．3％。结论：超声脉冲电导药物透入配合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic pulse conductance drug penetration and needlewarming moxibustion treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 70 cases of knee osteoarthritis were treated with ultrasonic pulse conductance drug permeation and needlewarming moxibustion. Results： 37 cases were cured, accounting for 52.9%; 15 cases were effective, accounting for 21.4%; 14 cases were improved, account ing for 20%; 4 cases were invalid, accounting for 5%0; the total effective rate was 94.2%. Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of ultrasound pulse con ductance dru oenetration and needlewarming moxibustion treating knee osteoarthritis are significant.
