摘要
用 60 Co—γ射线对一次性输液器进行灭菌 ,对初始污染菌检测 ,灭菌后无菌保证有效期 ,不同剂量辐照后塑料性能变化及破坏 HBs Ag效果等进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,辐照剂量达到 2 0 KGy时 ,可杀灭载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌 ,枯草芽胞杆菌 ,腊状芽胞杆菌和粪链球菌 ,2 3 KGy时可杀灭短小芽胞杆菌 ,经 2 0 KGy以上剂量辐照 ,贮存一年时观察测试 ,输液管其断裂伸长率增加 ,拉伸强度变化无明显差异 ,经灭菌后输液器存放 1 8个月时检测无菌。
Study of 60 Coγ rays sterilizing on the infusion appliances, testing the first polluted bacterium, the period of validity of keep no bacterium, the plastic performance change and damage HBsAg effect by vary dose irradiation. The results stated that Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus. and S. faecalis of carrier were all killed by 20kGy, Bacillus small was killed by 23kGy. The infusion appliances were storaged for one year by irradiated over 20kGy. Its breaking extend rate increased, drawing strength had no obvious chang. And it had no bacterium after storaged for 18 months.
