摘要
结合产品设计结构矩阵与图论中邻接矩阵、可达矩阵之间的运算转化关系,提出了一种基于设计结构矩阵和解释结构模型法的工程变更传播范围预测方法。该方法将运算转化得到的可达矩阵进行层次和区域划分,形成变更元素多级递阶结构图,清晰地表示了变更元素之间的影响范围。同时,结合模糊层次分析法对变更任务之间相互影响程度进行了评估,最后通过分析某型号飞机总装中部分装配变更任务之间的影响关系,论证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
The relationship between product design structure matrix, adjacency matrix, and reachable matrix is analyzed. Then, based on an interpretative structural model, a method is proposed to predict engineering change propagation. By this method, the reachable matrix is divided into a number of areas in a hierarchical way such that a multi-level hierarchical graph of changing tasks is established. In this way, the propagation scope and impact relation is clearly revealed. Further, fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate the impact degree between changing tasks. The propagation scope and impact degree between some assembly changing tasks of one particular aircraft model are analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
