介绍了声发射检测1 000m3丙烯球罐整个过程,检测过程中发现2处声发射信号源:上大环焊缝BC30~BC31间在第一、二次升压过程和第一次保压过程中均出现信号源,D2纵焊缝在第一、二次升压过程均出现信号源,然后运用软件对信号源进行分析,发现信号波形图存在较大差别,最后经超声和射线检测复查,发现BC30~BC31环焊缝间出现裂纹缺陷,D2纵焊缝出现未熔合缺陷,从而证实了声发射检测的可行性。
The article describes the whole process of the Acoustic Emission detection of 1000m3 propylene spherical tank. Two acoustic emission sources were found during the detection process. The first one was between the first and second boost process and also was at the first pressure stable period for the ring weld 131230 -- BC31. The second one appeared in the first and second boost process for D2 longitudinal weld. The source signals were analyzed by using the software and larger waveform differences between them were found. Ultrasound and radiographic testing was carried out and BC30- BC31 weld cracks defect and D2 longitudinal weld defects of lack of fusion were found, thus confirming the feasibility of acoustic emission testing.
