摘要
文章从设计方法、材料选择、应力分析和结构设计等方面,对大直径N型固定管板换热器的设计进行了分析和论述,重点通过采用有限元应力分析和JB 4732管板分析两种方法,对多种工况下N型固定管板处应力和换热管应力进行了详细的对比,验证了JB 4732分析方法不受换热器直径的限制,这为大型化换热器的设计提供了参考。
This paper analyzes and expounds thefixed tube-sheet heat exchangerof large diameter Ntype from many aspects including design method,material selection,stress analysis and structural design and so on.It carries out a detailed comparison of stress between N type fixed tube sheets and tubes of heat exchangersunder various operating conditions by applying finite element stress analysis and JB 4732analysis methods.It validates that JB 4732analysis method for tubesheet is not limited by the diameter of heat exchangers.And this provides reference for the design of large-scaled heat exchangers.
