摘要
温室采用黑籽南瓜嫁接伽师厚皮甜瓜防治甜瓜枯萎病 ,田间防效在 95.4 %以上。无土育苗条件下 ,胚轴斜插接法和生长点插接法防效达 10 0 % ,生长点劈接法和胚轴靠接法防效分别为 97.1%和 95.4 % ,比有土育苗的各种嫁接方法的防效都好。嫁接甜瓜比自根苗甜瓜增产75.9%~ 112 .3% ,增产效果主要表现在后期产量上。
Muskmelon was grafted on blackseed pumpkin ( Cucurbita ficifolia ) to control melon fusarium wilt. The controlling effectiveness was 95.4% in field. The seedlings grown in substracte were better for graf ting as compared with those grown in soil. Yield enhancement of grafted melon was mainly in late stage and it enhanced 75.9%-112.3%.
