摘要 由于采油平台承载能力的限制,没有安装常规海洋修井机,给修井工作带来困难。在分析国内外海上修井装置的现状与发展趋势的基础上,提出了一种海上组装式修井装置的总体技术方案,工作台能够横向和纵向移动,可设定作用于采油平台的载荷。井架为自升式,模块质量小于5t,能满足海上丛式井的修井要求。介绍了井架、绞车、转盘的结构。井架的安全系数符合API规范。 Due to restriction by loading capacity and lifting capacity of oil production platform, con- ventional offshore workover rig is not installed on platform, which causes workover operation not to be implemented. On the basis of analysis the current situation and development tendency of the offshore workover equipment at home and abroad, a general assemble workover for offshore use is put forward, which can move transversely and longitudinally, the operation load can be set on pro- duction platform,self elevated mast and module mass less than 5tons,and meet the requirement to work on offshore cluster well workover. The structures of derrick, drawworks and rotary table are introduced in detail. The packaged workover equipment designed could meet the safety require- ments specified in API.
