摘要
低渗透油藏的深井分层注水采用锚定式分层注水管柱,金属锚爪易伤害套管内壁,还会发生起钻遇卡事故。利用压缩式封隔器的优点,设计出非金属水力锚。室内试验结果表明:非金属水力锚在注水工作压力下能够达到分注管柱锚定要求,同时又有效防止了套管内壁损伤、降低了分注管柱起钻遇卡风险。
Grappling string has to be used at Layer water injection well deep well in the Low per meability reservoir,Because of direct contact between metal anchor and casing inner wall, which is very easy lo damage the casing inner wall and trip sticking. Against this background,a Nonmetal Hydraulic anchor was developed. The result of lab experiment shows that the Nonmetal Hydrau- lic anchor not only meets the requirement of anchorage under layer water injection pressure, but also is good to prevent the damage of casing inner wall, and reduce the risk of sticking in layer wa- rejection string
