摘要 某车型搭载的1.0L自然吸气式发动机在使用中出现火花塞积碳的问题。为解决此问题,笔者详细分析了可能造成火花塞积碳的原因,并通过试验对比的手段进行了逐一验证。结果表明,造成积碳的原因是火花塞点火能量、工作状态温度偏低,形成的积碳不能燃烧掉。针对该故障原因,提出了延长点火线圈充电时间、优化火花塞尺寸的方案,以提高火花塞点火能量及工作温度。经试验验证,该方案能有效解决火花塞积碳的问题。 The carbon deposition of spark plug for a 1. OL naturallyaspirated engine is found with regard to a specific car on the market. To solve this problem, the cause of carbon deposition of spark plug is particularly analyzed in this article. Furthermore, the validation is performed one by one through test comparison. The re sult indicates that the carbon deposition attributes to lower ignition energy and operatingstate temperature in respect of spark plug, thus leading to nonburning of carbon deposition. In terms of this failure cause, the so lution to extend charge time of ignition coil and optimize plug dimensions is presented to enhance the ignition energy of spark plug and operating temperature. This solution can significantly solve the carbon deposition of spark plug via test validation.
