摘要
以蛋白质含量较高的小麦品种 PH82 -2 -2、蛋白质含量较低的小麦品种泰山 1号为试验材料 ,测定Na HSO3处理后小麦叶片的光合速率、光呼吸、小麦叶片硝酸还原酶活性、游离氨基酸含量以及籽粒蛋白质含量。结果表明 ,蛋白质含量较高的小麦叶片光呼吸高于蛋白质含量较低的小麦品种叶片光呼吸 ,而且不管光呼吸抑制与否均有此规律。
The experiment was conducted using wheat variety PH82 2 2 with higher protein content and wheat variety Taishan 1 with lower protein content. After treatment with NaHSO 3, the NR activity, amino acid content in leaves and crude protein content in seeds were determined. The results showed that the photorespiration in wheat leaves was correlated with protein content in seeds. The higher protein content wheat had a higher photorespiration, whether the photorespiration was inhibited or not.
