引导骨再生术同期牙种植的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究引导骨再生术同期牙种植的临床效果及技术特点。方法 37例患者行引导骨再生术同期植入43枚种植体,定期临床和X线检查。结果种植体植入后骨结合情况均良好,无种植体松动或脱落。X线显示,种植体周围骨质稳定,无病理性吸收。均完成种植修复,功能良好,患者满意。结论引导骨再生术同期牙种植可获得良好的治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and features of implants placement with simultaneous guided bone regeneration. Methods Total of 37 cases was study and 43 implants were placed simultaneously with guidance bone re-growth (GBR) treatment. The restorations were deliv- ered 3-4 months later through the clinical check and X-ray film. Results Any complication was not ob- served during the follow up time,all implants were stable and no pathological absorbing excellent os- teointegration were showed in X-ray films. The superstructures were all restored and loaded normally. Implant survival rate was 100%. Conclusion It should be achieved a high success rate of the implant placement simultaneously with GBR treatment.
