采供血机构血液报废原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查分析引起广州军区采供血机构自愿无偿献血者血液报废的主要原因,寻求降低血液报废率的有效措施。方法对该采供血机构2010-2012年间自愿无偿献血者的报废血液按照报废原因进行分类统计,分析引起血液报废的主要原因,提出减小报废率的措施。结果 2010-2012年间该采供血机构共报废2098袋悬浮红细胞和2632袋血浆。报废原因:丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)异常、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(hepatitis B surface an-tigen,HBsAg)阳性、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)阳性、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)阳性、梅毒阳性、破袋、非标量、乳糜血、溶血、血液过期等。悬浮红细胞报废原因前3位分别为:ALT异常(994袋,47.4%),血液过期(409袋,19.5%),破带(172袋,8.2%);血浆报废原因前3位分别为:ALT异常(985袋,37.4%),溶血(492袋,18.7%),破带(421,16.0%)。结论献血前加强无偿献血知识宣传、核查献血者既往信息,严格血液初筛检测,可有效降低血液正常报废的比例。规范血液采集、分离、制备、贮存等各环节操作,可以有效降低血液异常报废的比例。 Objective To investigate the main causations of blood discarding from voluntary blood donors in Guang zhou Blood Transfusion Services of the People's Liberation Army and explore the effective measures of reducing the blood condemnation rate. Methods The data of blood discarding in the blood center from 2010 to 2012 were classified statical- ly to analyse the causations and explore the effective measures to reduce blood condemnation rate. Results A total of 2098 bags of suspended red blood cells and 2632 bags of plasma were scrapped. The causations of blood discarding included ab normal alanine transaminase (ALT), HBsAg( + ), anti-HCV( + ), anti-HIV( + ), anti-TP( + ), blood bag breakage, non-standard volume, chylaemia, hemolysis and blood expiration. The top three causations of suspended red blood cells discarding were abnormal ALT(994 bags, 47. 4%), blood expiration (409 bags, 19. 5%) and blood bag breakage (172 bags, 8. 2%). The top three causations of plasma discarding were abnormal ALT (985 bags, 37. 4%), hemolysis (492 bags, 18. 7%) and blood bag breakage (421 bags, 16. 0%). Conclusion Strengthening the propagation of the knowledge of non-remunerated blood donation, checking the prior information of blood donors and screening strictly blood sample be- fore donation, can effectively reduce the normal blood condemnation rate. Standardizing the whole procedure including collection, separation, preparation and storage can effectively reduce the abnormal blood condemnation rate.
