摘要 目的探索提高军队任职教育院校卫勤保障能力的途径。方法根据军队任职教育院校转型建设对卫勤保障的新要求,结合当前卫勤保障现状,以科学理念、能力素质、模式机制、信息系统四项基础性建设为基础理念,探索提高军队任职教育院校卫勤保障能力的方法。结果四项基础性建设的推行,促进了军队任职教育院校卫勤保障能力的提升。结论加强卫勤保障科学理念、能力素质、模式机制、信息系统四项基础性建设,是全面提高卫勤综合保障能力的有效途径。 Objective To explore the approach to improve the medical support ability of in-service education in mili tary universities. Methods Based on the new requirements of transition construction of medical support in the military in- service education universities on the medical support, combined with the current condition of medical support, the ways to improve the medical support ability of military in-service education universities was explored focusing on the four-item fundamental construction projects including scientific idea, ability and quality, mode and mechanism and information sys- tem. Results The implementation of the four-item fundamental construction projects enhanced the medical support ability of in-service education in military universities. Conclusion Promoting the medical support by the four-item fundamental construction projects, which included including scientific idea, ability and quality, mode and mechanism, and information system, is the efficient method way to enhance the comprehensive medical support ability.
