摘要
将自制的发泡剂保,偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)母料,应用于乙烯-乙酸乙酯共聚物(EVA)发泡材料中,并与ADC粉料对比。结果表明:ADC母料配合的EVA发泡材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度及弹性,均好于ADC粉料配合的EVA发泡材料。扫描电镜发现,ADC粉料配合的EVA发泡材料中存在较大泡孔,且存在串孔结构;而ADC母料配合的EVA发泡材料泡孔细密均匀且为闭孔结构。说明ADC母料化有利于制取泡孔细密均匀且为闭孔结构、强度高、弹性好的发泡材料。
In this paper,We produced a blowing agent ADC (azodicarbonamide) masterbatch,and compared it with ADC powder by apply to ethyene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) foam. The results showed that: The tensile strength,tear strength and flexibility of the EVA foam which foamed by ADC masterbatch are better than the EVA foam which foamed by ADC powder. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that EVA foam which foamed by ADC powder have larger bubble,and there exists on string hole structure; while the EVA foamwhich foamed by ADC masterbatch have fine uniform bubbles and obturator structure. It showed that the EVA foam which foamed by ADC masterbatch is fovorable to produce fine uniform EVA bubbles and this foam have aobturator structure,high strength,and good elasticity.
