摘要
设计并实现了基于人工神经网络的核径迹图像自动分析系统的硬件结构 ,并在系统中应用了显微干涉装置 ,有效地改善了径迹图像质量 ;设计并实现了显微镜自动换片样品台 。
The hardware structure of the nuclear track images automatic analysis system based on the artificial neural networks is designed and realized in this thesis. The paper applies the microscopic interference device to the system so that the quality of nuclear track images is improved obviously. The automatic film changing stage for microscope is designed and realized so that the measurement efficiency for samples of the solid state nuclear track detector is heightened.
