摘要
对70mm厚的TC4-DT损伤容限钛合金进行电子束焊接,焊后采用不同的热处理工艺,对两种状态下TC4-DT焊接接头及母材进行力学性能试验,并对母材、热影响区、焊缝进行显微组织分析。结果表明:(980℃/10min,AC+720℃/2h,AC)双重退火更有利于提高TC4-DT钛合金电子束焊接接头的冲击强度,同时保持接头的抗拉强度与母材基本相当。
70mm thickness damage tolerance titanium alloy TC4-DT is welded by EB and different heat treatment is conducted after welding process. Mechanical properties of TC4-DT EB joint and the base are investigat- ed, and the microstructure of the base, HAZ and welding zone are analyzed. The results show that double annealing under 980℃/10min, AC +720℃/2h, AC can enhance the impact toughness of TC4-DT EB joints and in the mean- while keep the tensile strength close to that of the base.
